Here is extra from the architects: “The home is comprised of three distinct horizontal volumes. The constructing’s north south massing is outlined by P overlaid rectangular shells inside which the glass, cedar and granite clad volumes for the inside dwelling areas are positioned and a collection of voids create coated exterior terraces. The shells are clad in silver metallic panel and are principally opaque to offer privateness from adjoining properties to the north and south.
